Padparadscha is a trade name, often hard do spell and pronunciate, for a very special colour in sapphire, typically described as a mixture of pinkish orange to orangey pink with pastel tones and low to medium saturations as viewed in standard daylight (according to LMHC - Laboratory Manual Harmonisation Committee's Information Sheet #4), regardless of the geographic origin and within specific gemmological limits.
